- Managing the laboratory and leading a small team
- Development and commercial validation of new products
- Customer communication and support with pilot projects

- Synthesis of organic synthesis building blocks
- Organization and maintenance of the laboratory and technical equipment

- Technical development, maintenance and optimization of production processes

We are looking for an Accounting Employee (m/f/d)
- Location: 100% / on site in the office or hybrid possible (preference hybrid)
- Department: Finance
- Start date: August 1, 2025
- Full-time 36 hours per week (flexible working hours)
Your areas of development
- You take over the ordering of goods and prepare the shipment
- You liaise with our tax office and coordinate the collaboration
- You supervise and monitor payroll accounting (with Personio)
- You monitor and process payments (incoming and outgoing payments) and manage the dunning process
- You maintain bank accounts and cash books and ensure proper financial accounting
- You prepare quotations and invoices, including cost unit and job invoices
- You support the management with organizational tasks, e.g. booking hotels and business trips
What sets you apart
- Training as a foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or office management clerk
- Additional qualifications such as certified accountant (IHK), accountant (IHK) or accounting specialist (IHK) are an advantage
